Valentines cookies, cakettes and chocolates. Chocolate dipped strawberries available through pre order.

Attention all wine and whisky lovers, I am baking with wine and whisky . Learning all about it from The Wine Shop; Peller Estates, Trius, Wayne Gretzky, and Andrew Peller.

Thus far I am offering the following; Red Wine Brownies, Chardonnay Cupcakes, No. 99 Canadian Whisky Butter Tarts.

Easter and Passover Treats

Easter; Pecan Pies, Apple Tarts with granola crumble, Strawberry/Rhubarb Tarts with granola crumble, Apple Cake with Apple Cider Glaze, Oreo Buttercream Cupcakes- I baked these for a dear friend's daughter's bridal shower.

Well, hello Autumn/Fall, Thanksgiving, Octoberfest, apples and cranberries...

Foot traffic this year has been slower than last, so I have been encouraging patrons to pre-order sweet treats and they have/are!! Half of my business has evolved into pre-orders. You request it, either to have a specific recipe baked or a memory of a particular treat that you would like to enjoy again, and I will bake it.

Rogerstv  has afforded me the opportunity to spread my wings and cook. The premise for the segments on "Georgina Life" is pick up to go foods and prepared frozen foods and I will offer a healthy homemade dish, that will take 15 minutes or less of your time from prep to ready, to accompany the store bought choice. And a wine pairing too.

And now the throes of winter and holiday time, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Kwanzaa-for which I've baked sweet potato pie, along with many orders for Yule Logs for Christmas and New Years Eve and of course pumpkin spice butter tarts.

Finally I have added a photo gallery of some of this years sweets and treats.  So many more but so little time to do so. New years resolution one; try to do much better with this site to keep you informed on a monthly basis.

Although my hours are reduced, my commitment is not and business is brisk. I have found that the best use of my time to enable me to meet order obligations has been to reduce my hours for the winter season to focus my time on baking and filling of orders. I am available outside of business hours to meet customers for convenient pick ups.

Slower traffic has resulted in my discontinuing sales of bread products for now. I am committed to offering them again in the spring.

2018 will hold plans for new offerings to better meet community wants and needs, which I will share January 1st. So until then, all the very best of health, happiness and success this holiday season and for 2018.

August 30th we introduced;

A community book exchange. We, thanks to community support and donations, now have a book exchange on site

September 1st we introduced;

Cheese and onion scones

October, Thanksgiving cornbread with cranberries or chili peppers, Halloween witch's fingers

November news; new fall hours are Wednesday to Saturday 12:00 -4:00 and 5:00-9:00:pm Sunday 10:00-2:00 and 3:00-5:00, 

Rememberance Day Maple Maple Leaf sugar cookies.

Board Games, Book exchange...And  for 2017 starting May 20th, Victoria Day weekend until Thanksgiving weekend I have rented Jackson's Point Parkette for Jackson's Point Blue Bridge Bakeshop Marketplace. Filled with area artists, vendors, face painting, music, yoga....And as if all of this weren't enough, Oktoberfest on October 2nd, 2017. Craft breweries, food, desserts, music. NOT TO BE-SO SORRY
