Blue Bridge Bakeshop is growing however, primarily via pre orders & online.
First things first; although I believed that it was common knowledge that I bake pre ordered treats for vegan, gluten free and sugar free diets, this was not the case. So here it is, pre order of any of these are readily available.
I have started this year with another appearance on Georgina Life, charcuterie boards was the topic and I have included information from that segment as well as recipes on the "of interest" and "recipes" pages of this site. Included in that show was a segment by the Georgina Feral Cat Committee, www.georginaferals.ca/, and in support of that great organization I have placed a cat and kitten food donation box at the bakeshop. Please when you come by include a donation to support this great work.

Most popular pre ordered items are cheesecakes, passion fruit has been very popular, and yule logs, which are not just for Christmas anymore, I have started baking orange birch bark finished friendship logs. Also, mini red or white wine cupcakes and brownies, as they are great when entertaining.
New for March-Easter cookies and mini fresh fruit tarts.
New for April- Loose leaf tea will be coming to this bakeshop this April. Fresh, wonderful, organic, health promoting, and just enjoyable. I will start by carrying the following; Bai Mu Dan, Earl Grey, Oolong, Rooibos, Sencha. Please feel free to offer requests and suggestions for what you would like to see, I am working on a house blend, something including cherries. I also intend to organize free seminars on tea pairing and appreciation.

April 4, 2018-Sadly, as posted on my Facebook page I have decided to close my physical shop in Jackson's Point. I am in the process of drafting a letter of explanation and will attach it to this site by April 11th 2018. Thank you all for your tremendous support of my bakeshop.
